This platform is provided by Mr Backflow LLC for the training of its own staff. Using it means agreeing to the following.

Your account is yours

• Do not share your password or let anyone else complete training as you.
• Completing training on someone else's behalf falsifies a safety record. It is grounds for discipline, and it puts the person who did not get trained at real risk.
• Tell your supervisor promptly if you think someone else has access to your account.

Course material

Lessons, slides, quizzes, and documents on this platform belong to Mr Backflow LLC and are for internal use. Do not republish or distribute them outside the company without approval.

What a certificate means

A certificate issued here documents that you completed a specific 1-A Services internal course on a specific date. It is not a license, a state certification, or continuing-education credit with any agency, and it does not substitute for credentials a regulator requires.

Training is not a substitute for judgment

Course content describes general procedures and safe practice. It does not cover every situation you will meet in the field. Follow your supervisor's direction, the manufacturer's instructions, and applicable regulations. If a job feels unsafe, stop and ask.

Availability and changes

Courses, requirements, and these terms may change as the work changes. Mr Backflow LLC may add, revise, or retire courses and may suspend access to the platform at any time.
