Privacy notice

This notice explains what 1-A Services Training records about you when you use this training platform, and who can see it. The platform is operated by Mr Backflow LLC for its own staff. It is not open to the public.

What the platform records

• Your account — name, work email, and optionally job title and employee ID. Your password is stored only as a one-way hash; no one, including an administrator, can read it.
• Your training activity — which courses you are enrolled in, which modules and slides you have completed, how long you spent on each, your quiz answers and scores, and the date you finished.
• Completion records — certificates issued to you, including a verification code.

Who can see it

Administrators and office staff at Mr Backflow LLC can see your training records — that is the point of the platform. Your training history may be used to confirm that required training was completed, including to a customer, insurer, or regulator who asks for proof.

Other trainees cannot see your records. Certificate verification, if used, confirms only that a specific code corresponds to a real completion.

Time tracking, plainly

Modules record how long you spend on them. This exists so completion records mean something — not to monitor you outside of training. The platform does not track your location, your other browsing, or anything you do when you are not signed in here.

Retention

Training and completion records are kept for as long as Mr Backflow LLC needs them to document that training occurred, which may extend past the end of your employment.
